Blue Note Trip aboard A38 - Part II
DJ Maestro met the challenge offered by Blue Note label, a milestone in the history of jazz, when he was requested to present the jazz gods and godesses from a contemporary prespective. The old yet subtle songs were thus given blood transfusion, were provided with dance floor BPM, and with the trendy retro wave they became unbelievably popular. A double CD was released, and live act requests were coming in increasingly high numbers, the result of which was a club night the young jazz fans had been waiting for so long, for an all-night dance to the music of the highest quality.
Trio Exclusiv is the amazingly original, funny and dead pro answer that Central Europe gives to the retro wave evoking the fifties and sixties. The excellent performance finely merges the lightness of disco and quality funk, jazz, and electronic music. The dance floor soon melts red hot, and even the highest demands will be satisfied by this drifting, intense production that is seasoned with the traditional Vienna grace.
Óperentzia was founded in December 2005. The band was inspired by downtempo, the psychedelic music of the sixties, and the soundtracks of the televised bedtime stories of their childhood. Besides all this, they always push forward drifting grooves, monotony and analogue synth effects.
